Why would you label someone mentally ill and leave the child in the care of the mother? As a former CPS caseworker, there are many questions I have that would warrant a thorough investigation into what happened to me in corporate America. I have not been questioned, but I have been denied legal counsel of my choice. I was bullied and harassed in and out of the workplace. My daughter has not been questioned. I have to wonder if I were a Caucasian woman, would this have gone differently. Would my child have been protected if I were truly mentally ill? You see, I believe I know what happened to me, but I have been prevented from reporting crimes committed against me, so that others can be protected. I have observed so much hate and greed as I experience government and corporate corruption. It’s absolutely disgusting and I’m suppose to accept it. As my great- great grandmother used to say, “the devil is a liar”.
First, I believed I was dealing with scammers initially, hacking my phone and computer, to later discover, I was actually being investigated. I have no issue with being investigated as long as it’s in compliance with the law. That means, I’m entitled to due process. As someone with investigative background, anytime an investigation is conducted, an individual is questioned with an opportunity to answer to allegations. In my situation, I would definitely need a lawyer. So, why deny me of having legal counsel? When I reported discrimination to my employer, my manager on the client side shutdown communication with me and canceled all weekly meetings. Not soon after, the manager requested that I go through fingerprinting for my role. Keep in mind that it was a Global Security role and I started working for the third-party management company in 2016. I was requested to register for fingerprinting in 2018 after reporting discrimination. There’s definitely a timeline.
I hope you’re documenting everything from the very start of your role. Know what to expect in tech. As you study for certifications for your dream job, they don’t tell you the dark side of performing a tech role. I fulfilled the job without certifications and loved every moment of my management role, but I was isolated and told “don’t die” early in the role. I took the statement as a joke because I was the only one hired to do the work and awaiting others to be hired; that never happened. I didn’t feel there was ill-intent at that time. I performed the role for a little over 3 years. I was targeted from the beginning. The experience continued 3 years after that job and into a new role with military veterans weaponized in the workplace. It was a stressful and difficult time for me.
There has to be protections for a role in tech and any role for that matter. Corporate America and government has no right to decide if you live or die. Remember, this is related to use of a cell phone to perform a job and I was not provided a work phone after requesting one. According to the manager that I reported for discrimination, a cell phone was not in budget.. I’m sure you’re wondering why my daughter is mentioned regarding this matter. Well, when contacting the police to report a crimes against me, the report listed me as a mental case. I had not a clue, until, I went to the police to retrieve the report. My daughter was completing junior high at the start of this because it was pandemic time. So, with the drill hole in the ceiling of her bedroom and the attic space that I requested to be secured to protect us as we reside on the 3rd level of the apartment complex, our privacy rights were violated. You would also question – why would a child be left with the mother without a welfare check. It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out. If corruption is involved, the plan is not to receive any rights, not even for a child.
One report stated, I look like I wouldn’t hurt myself. Well, of course not! I love life and I love my family. I share this so that you will know what’s happening in America, as criminals are being pardoned and released from prison. Be vigilant. Protect yourselves in tech!
